Derbyshire-based housebuilder Casamia Homes has announced the date of its exclusive launch to showcase its prestigious new development in Allestree.
The private, invite-only event, will be the first opportunity for customers to view detailed plans of The Firs – an exceptional collection just ten luxury new family homes with access across into Allestree Park.
Customers who have registered their interest with Casamia Homes, will be invited to the official launch on Thursday, April 30, at The Kedleston Country House on Kedleston Road in Derby, from 4pm-8pm.
Customers can still register their interest in The Firs by visiting Casamia’s website, Casamia Homes, and personal invitations to the event will be sent out soon.

On the day, customers will be able to view the development in more detail and will receive the full marketing material, floor plans, specifications and CGI imagery.
Members of the Casamia sales and construction team will also be on hand during the evening to answer questions about the homes, specification, build programme and reservation process.
Every property at The Firs has been designed for buyers who are seeking generous, well-designed large family homes. They will comprise of high-specification interiors with a wide choice of finishes and upgrades from Casamia’s premium suppliers and partners. They will also feature double garages, electric vehicle charging points and solar panels.
Construction is now well underway at the site and completions are scheduled from November 2026.

In February alongside The Firs, Casamia Homes unveiled Black Fir Farm in Dalbury Lees, and launched its new website.
Casamia is currently inviting early enquiries for Black Fir Farm, with the development expected to be released to the market soon.
