Unwind next to the wood burner after a day out exploring and catch up with your friends and family. The fully fitted kitchen comes complete with electric hob, double oven and dishwasher, making meal prep for a crowd a pleasure, while the large dining area brings everyone together for long sociable dinners. There’s a separate utility room with washing machine too.
Outside, the terrace is a real highlight. Furnished with garden seating and a barbecue, it looks out across rolling meadows and open skies, an idyllic spot for al fresco meals, morning coffee or simply soaking up the peace and quiet. Children will love the large games room and the outdoor play area and football pitch while the adults can soak in the hot tub (add this to your booking for an extra touch of luxury).
Meadow View sleeps up to 14 guests plus a baby, offering a flexible layout ideal for mixed groups. A ground-floor twin bedroom with its own bathroom provides accessible accommodation if required. Upstairs, you’ll find a mix of king and twin rooms, including 2 en suite bedrooms and a fixed double, along with additional bathrooms to ensure comfort for all. Fresh linen, soft towels and WiFi are included.
Wildlife thrives around the farm, with kestrels, coal tits and other birds frequently spotted. Despite the peaceful setting, you’re perfectly placed for discovering the Peak District, with highlights including Chatsworth House, Carsington Water, Dovedale, Ashbourne and even Alton Towers, all within easy reach, while the city of Derby lies only 4 miles away.
There is additional accommodation on site for larger groups, and Sunshine Cottage can seat up to 52 for larger group dining.

Check in from 4pm, check out by 10am.
A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking and the balance due 6 weeks before arrival.
A refundable security deposit of £500 is asked for.
Hot tub can be hired in for £250.
Location
Located near Kirk Langley just over 15 minutes from Ashbourne and Derby, 20 minutes from the Peak District National Park. Birmingham is an hour away. The M1 is under 45 minutes.
