The plan is to walk along the Nomads way for just under 3 miles (still well signposted } to Rookhills farm.
Then west to Trusley where we start back via Tara Buddhist centre to start.
Walk distance 7miles. Some high stiles and a small bit of road along the way.
All are welcome; we typically plan to stop for a tea break where sandwiches/pack lunches can be eaten.
