Wills & Probate Solicitor, Megan Lovell, has been promoted to Associate at the leading law firm, Timms, which has offices in Derby’s Cathedral Quarter, Burton-upon-Trent, Swadlincote and Ashby de la Zouch.
Megan, who celebrates her fourth anniversary with Timms this month, specialises in Wills, Powers of Attorney, Probate and Trusts and Estate Administration. She supports clients through sensitive and often emotional life events, helping individuals and families navigate what can be complex legal matters. She is based at the firm’s Burton and Ashby offices.
Megan qualified as a Solicitor in 2018 and joined Timms in January 2022. She studied law at Nottingham Trent University and completed her Legal Practice Course at De Montfort University in Leicester. She is also a fully accredited member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys baking, walking and spending time with her family and friends.
