Since their 2008 breakthrough on X-Factor, JLS has dominated the charts with massive hits like Beat Again,Everybody in Love, She Makes Me Wanna, and One Shot.
Performing alongside JLS, is Appleton. It’s been over 20 years since Natalie and Nicole Appleton performed as a duo, and nearly five years since they last toured with their band All Saints. Appleton will perform with their band, delivering a pop masterclass featuring their signature Appleton hits plus a couple of All Saints classics and a fun cover or two.
After playing Ultimate 90s in 2024, Chesney Hawkes returns to Darley Park. Chesney became one of the biggest pop stars of his era with his irresistible mega-hit ‘The One and Only’ which is officially one of the top 20 most successful songs of the 90s. His song writing style mixes classic ‘kick the doors down pop/rock bangers’ with a heartfelt, candid style of songwriting.
Mark Angels will be back with two sets for our Saturday night, bringing his unique energy and floor filling tracks which has proved popular at previous Darley Park Weekender events’.
Joining the line up local band Cassette Roulette, will be ensuring a party atmosphere, playing music that people want to get up and dance to.
Opening the night are Derby-born indie/alt-rock band The Public Eye. They’ve carved out a raw, evolving sound that stands firmly on its own. A standout representation of the city’s rising talent.
