Independent Derby estate and lettings agency, Monkey vs Owl, has announced the opening of a new branch in Spondon as part of the company’s continued expansion across the city. The move follows a period of significant growth for the Derby based business which has rapidly established itself as one of the city’s most recognisable independent agencies through its modern approach to property sales, lettings and property management.
The new Spondon office, on Sitwell Street, marks another major milestone for the company, with further branches already planned as Monkey vs Owl continues to strengthen its presence across Derby and Derbyshire.
